PicMatic ("the App") is developed by Anton CGI ("we", "us", "our"). Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and what information is not collected.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

PicMatic is built to avoid collecting personal data. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email address, or personal identifiers through the App.
• We do not upload, transmit, or store your photos or camera feed on our servers.
• We do not include advertising, analytics, or behavioral tracking frameworks in the App.
• We do not collect device identifiers or usage profiles for marketing purposes.

3. Camera and Photo Library Access

PicMatic requires access to your device's camera to capture photos and access to your photo library to save images. This access is used locally on your device for shooting and saving your content.

4. In-App Purchases

PicMatic may offer optional in-app purchases, including PicMatic Pro, through Apple's App Store. Apple processes billing and restoration. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

5. Local Storage

App preferences and related local settings are stored on your device. We do not operate backend services that receive or sync PicMatic app data.

6. Third-Party Services

PicMatic does not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. The App Store and StoreKit may be involved only to enable Apple's purchase flow.

7. Children's Privacy

PicMatic does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the App is designed not to collect personal data, we do not maintain child-specific data profiles.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date.
