Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PicMatic ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PicMatic is an interval camera application for iOS that allows you to capture photos at set time intervals automatically. The App is provided by Anton CGI ("we", "us", "our").

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4. In-App Purchases

PicMatic may offer optional in-app purchases, including PicMatic Pro, that unlock additional features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and remain subject to Apple's payment terms. We do not process or store payment information.

• All sales are final unless Apple provides a refund under its policies.
• You may restore eligible purchases on devices signed in with the same Apple ID.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any part of it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and trademarks within PicMatic are owned by Anton CGI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anton CGI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or photos.

9. Camera and Photo Library Access

PicMatic requires access to your device's camera to function. Photos are saved to your device's photo library. We do not access, collect, or transmit your photos to any server.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
